We stand behind Hanuvier with a 60-day money-back guarantee on your first order. You have 60 days from delivery to request a return, and 14 days after that to ship the tubs back. Email info@hanuvier.com with your order number and we'll send a return authorization and the return address. You cover return shipping, and refunds go to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days after the tubs reach us.

Here is exactly how the refund is worked out, so there are no surprises: every sealed tub is refunded in full, and the one tub you opened to try is refunded too. If you opened more than one tub, we refund your sealed tubs plus a single opened tub - any further opened tubs are not refunded, since at that point the product has been used rather than tried. For example, if you ordered two tubs and opened both, we refund one. Each tub is valued at the price you paid for it on that order, and the guarantee covers your first order, one refund per customer.

Changed your mind on a later order? Sealed, unopened tubs can be returned within 60 days for a refund of those items; opened tubs outside the first-order guarantee are not eligible, since Hanuvier is a food product.
