Eligible Returns

We accept returns or replacement requests for:

  • Damaged items
  • Unopened products in original condition

90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee or 90 day empty bottle guarantee

At Hanuvier, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

For a limited time, we are offering a 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your experience after using the product consistently for 90 days, you may be eligible for a full refund of your purchase price.

To qualify, you must:

  • Provide valid proof of purchase for the products used during the 90-day period.
  • Contact us through our Contact Page or the customer service email listed on our Contact Page within 30 days of completing the 90-day usage period.
  • Briefly explain the reason you were not satisfied with the product.
  • Return the empty product containers associated with the purchase for verification purposes.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, Hanuvier will provide you with instructions for returning the empty product containers, including the applicable return address.

Upon verification and receipt of the returned containers, Hanuvier will refund the full purchase price of the qualifying products. Shipping and handling charges, if any, are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the empty containers unless otherwise specified by Hanuvier.

This 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is offered for a limited time and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at Hanuvier's sole discretion. However, any purchases made while the guarantee is in effect will remain eligible under the terms and conditions that were in place on the date of purchase.

Eligibility for the 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

The 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is intended to allow customers sufficient time to evaluate the benefits of consistent product use. To qualify, customers must purchase a minimum 90-day supply of product (three containers or the equivalent quantity designated by Hanuvier), provide proof of purchase, and return the associated empty containers following claim approval.

Purchases of a single container or less than a 90-day supply are not eligible for the 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Opened food products are not eligible for return under our standard Return Policy.

Non-Eligible Returns Per Standard Return Policy

We do not accept:

  • Returns requested after 30 days
  • Multiple opened products
  • Excessively used products
  • Final sale or promotional items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
