Hanuvier is a brand owned by RramDuarey LLC; both names may be used interchangeably in this policy.

Our 60-day money-back guarantee

We want you to have all the time you need. You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to decide Hanuvier is right for you. One tub is about 24 days of daily use, so there is plenty of room to see how it fits into your routine.

If it turns out not to be for you, no hard feelings. Here is how a return works:

  1. Email us at info@hanuvier.com with your order number, within 60 days of delivery.
  2. We send you a return authorization and the return address.
  3. Ship the tubs back within 14 days of receiving your return authorization. Return all tubs from your order: the sealed ones and any you opened. Empty is fine. You cover return shipping.
  4. We refund your order to your original payment method, once the tubs reach us and pass a quick check (usually within 5 to 10 business days). Here is exactly how the refund is worked out:
    • Every sealed tub you send back is refunded in full.
    • The first tub you opened, your trial tub, is refunded too. That is the whole point of the guarantee: you get to actually try Hanuvier, not just look at it.
    • Any tub you opened beyond that first one is not refunded. At that point the product has been used, not tried, so it is no longer covered.

    Each tub is valued at the price you actually paid for it on that order (your order total divided by the number of tubs, so any bundle discount is already included).

    A few quick examples:

    • You ordered one tub, opened it, and it was not for you: full refund.
    • You ordered three tubs, opened one to try, and send back that opened tub plus the two sealed ones: your whole order back.
    • You ordered two tubs and opened both: we refund one tub and keep the other.
    • You ordered three tubs and opened two: we refund the sealed tub in full, plus one opened tub; the second opened tub is not refunded.

    The guarantee is here for you to try Hanuvier, not to finish several tubs.

A few plain-language terms:

  • The guarantee covers your first order, one refund per customer.
  • Original shipping was free, so there is nothing to deduct from your refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • Orders placed before this policy took effect remain covered by the guarantee terms in effect when they were purchased.

Standard returns (any order)

Changed your mind on a later order? Sealed, unopened tubs from any order can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a refund of those items. Email info@hanuvier.com with your order number and we will send you the return address. You cover return shipping; the refund goes to your original payment method once the tubs reach us. Opened tubs outside the first-order guarantee are not eligible for return, since Hanuvier is a food product.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, that is on us. Email info@hanuvier.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund. You will never pay return shipping for our mistake.

Not eligible for return

  • Returns requested outside the windows above.
  • Products purchased for resale or in commercial quantities.
  • Items marked final sale at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions

You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account. The 60-day money-back guarantee applies to your first delivery. See our Cancellation policy for the full subscription terms.
