Shipping policy

- Free shipping on every US order. No minimum. We currently ship within the United States only.
- Processing: orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time on a business day are typically processed the same day; orders placed after the cutoff are processed the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or US holidays.
- Delivery: standard shipping generally takes 3 to 7 business days after processing, depending on destination. Timelines are estimates and can vary with carrier delays, weather, or seasonal demand.
- Tracking: you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking the moment your order ships.
- Incorrect shipping information: please make sure your address is accurate at checkout. Hanuvier is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses, though we will always try to help - contact us as soon as you notice.
- Damaged or lost packages: if your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, email info@hanuvier.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number so we can make it right.
