Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Hanuvier is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery so we can assist you.
