Vanilla Bean Protein Pudding

A creamy, satisfying dessert that's actually good for you. This simple pudding is a great way to curb sweet cravings while supporting your body.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or a dairy-free alternative)
  • 2 scoops Hanuvier Protein Powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tbsp milk of choice (to reach desired consistency)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, Hanuvier Protein Powder, and vanilla extract.
  2. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is smooth and there are no clumps.
  3. If the pudding is too thick, add milk one tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with berries or nuts.
