No-Bake Vanilla Energy Bites
The perfect healthy snack to beat the afternoon slump or satisfy a sweet craving. These bites are packed with protein and fiber to keep you full and energized.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 scoops Hanuvier Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup flax meal
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.
- Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to make it easier to handle.
- Roll the mixture into small, 1-inch balls.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
