No-Bake Vanilla Energy Bites

The perfect healthy snack to beat the afternoon slump or satisfy a sweet craving. These bites are packed with protein and fiber to keep you full and energized.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 scoops Hanuvier Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup flax meal
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.
  2. Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to make it easier to handle.
  3. Roll the mixture into small, 1-inch balls.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
