Baked Protein Oatmeal

A warm and hearty breakfast you can prep ahead of time. This baked oatmeal is a comforting and nutritious way to start your morning.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 scoops Hanuvier Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chopped berries or nuts (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, Hanuvier Protein Powder, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, egg, and maple syrup.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in any berries or nuts.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set. Serve warm.
