Baked Protein Oatmeal
A warm and hearty breakfast you can prep ahead of time. This baked oatmeal is a comforting and nutritious way to start your morning.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 scoops Hanuvier Protein Powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chopped berries or nuts (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, Hanuvier Protein Powder, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, egg, and maple syrup.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in any berries or nuts.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set. Serve warm.
