Protein-Packed Pancakes

A weekend breakfast favorite, reimagined. These fluffy pancakes are packed with protein to keep you full and fueled for the day ahead.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 scoops Hanuvier Protein Powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • A dash of cinnamon
  •  Coconut oil for the pan

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mashed banana and eggs until smooth.
  2. Stir in the Hanuvier Protein Powder, baking powder, and cinnamon until just combined. Do not overmix.
  3. Lightly grease a non-stick pan or griddle with coconut oil and heat over medium heat.
  4. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite toppings like maple syrup, fresh berries, or yogurt.
