Protein-Packed Pancakes
A weekend breakfast favorite, reimagined. These fluffy pancakes are packed with protein to keep you full and fueled for the day ahead.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 2 eggs
- 2 scoops Hanuvier Protein Powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- A dash of cinnamon
- Coconut oil for the pan
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the mashed banana and eggs until smooth.
- Stir in the Hanuvier Protein Powder, baking powder, and cinnamon until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Lightly grease a non-stick pan or griddle with coconut oil and heat over medium heat.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings like maple syrup, fresh berries, or yogurt.
