5-Minute Protein Mug Cake
A single-serving cake you can make in the microwave for a quick, warm, and protein-rich treat.
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Hanuvier Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp milk of choice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
Instructions:
- In a large, microwave-safe mug, mix the Hanuvier Protein Powder, coconut flour, and baking powder.
- Add the egg, milk, and maple syrup to the mug and stir until you have a smooth batter.
- Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds, or until the cake is cooked through.
- Let it cool for a minute before enjoying directly from the mug.
