5-Minute Protein Mug Cake

A single-serving cake you can make in the microwave for a quick, warm, and protein-rich treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Hanuvier Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

Instructions:

  1. In a large, microwave-safe mug, mix the Hanuvier Protein Powder, coconut flour, and baking powder.
  2. Add the egg, milk, and maple syrup to the mug and stir until you have a smooth batter.
  3. Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds, or until the cake is cooked through.
  4. Let it cool for a minute before enjoying directly from the mug.
